When Kari, a bride-to-be, wrote to me about her up-coming wedding, I was so excited to get started on her inspiration board! Her wedding sounds so fun and beautiful. I love beach weddings! Kari is getting married on the beach with an indoor reception with views of the water. She loves all things beachy and bright. For Kari's wedding I chose to incorporate knee-length watermelon colored dresses for the bridesmaids to keep with the casual, beachy feel. Guests will be given pink flip flops to wear during the ceremony. Tables are decorated with sand, shell and candle centerpieces and gold chargers. During cocktail hour guests will sip on Pink Lemonade cocktails. To finish off the evening, ice cream cones filled with watermelon sorbet are handed out to guests. This wedding is the perfect combination of casual elegance and celebration that guests will surely be talking about for years to come! Congratulations Kari!

Wow, that’s truly a mesmerizing wedding party scene. I am totally stunned to find this wonderful post. At domestic Chicago event venues I would also be getting married soon. It will be an indoor vintage themed party. If you have some inspirations for that, please share.
