Mellow Yellow

This board is so cheerful and happy! What a wonderful way to start a marriage! For this board, I wanted to incorporate modern black and white prints with a great color for spring or summer weddings. This palette is for the modern bride-to-be who loves color and a contemporary feel. Bridesmaids are dressed in pale yellow gowns with black sashes and will carry in-season blooms in green and yellow. Centerpieces are modern with flowers by type in vases printed with geometric patterns. The cake incorporates a bit of whimsy with yellow and black detailing and a dramatic, black feather as a topper. Place settings use damask napkins, and yellow envelopes inform guests of the menu for the night. Little touches of lemons and limes throughout the event personalize the space. Guests wil sip on traditional margaritas throughout the night and take home boxes of jordan almonds wrapped with yellow ribbon. At the end of the night, the bride and groom will ride off into the sunset in a vintage yellow taxi cab. This is a wonderful palette for a truly elegant but fun wedding!
